A Worry You Have Carried for Years

For an old worry that has been with you so long it feels like part of you.

Purpose: For an old worry that has been with you so long it feels like part of you.

When to use: Use this when you have some time and quiet, not in a hurry.

Worksheet prompts

  1. What is a worry you have carried for years?
  2. How old were you when it started, and what was happening back then?
  3. What has it kept you from doing since?
  4. If you set part of it down, what would that look like? Write it or draw it.

An old worry usually started out doing a job for you. It may not have that job now.
