Worksheet Sheet Panic and body alarm

I Think I’m Going to Faint

Look closely at the fear of collapsing, and what has actually happened so far.

Purpose: Look closely at the fear of collapsing, and what has actually happened so far.

When to use: Use this when the lightheaded feeling is the part that scares you most.

Worksheet prompts

  1. Describe the feeling that makes you think you are about to go down.
  2. How many times has it felt this way, and how many times did you fall?
  3. What do you do when it starts? Does that make it better or worse?
Sitting down, gripping something, holding your breath.

The feeling is real. What it predicts is a separate question, and worth checking.
