Worksheet Sheet Daily routines and habits

Two Versions of the Same Day

Write one routine for a good day and a shorter one for a bad day, so both exist.

Purpose: Write one routine for a good day and a shorter one for a bad day, so both exist.

When to use: Use this when your usual routine falls apart every time you have a hard day.

Worksheet prompts

  1. What does a day look like when you have some in the tank, and when you have none?
  2. On a bad day, which things stay no matter what? Name two or three.
The shortest version you would still do.
  3. How will you know which kind of day it is? What do you notice first?

A bad-day routine is not giving up. It is the version that still fits.
